Something wrong with a tool? Tell us.
MetaBox Tools is a collection of more than a thousand free online tools, and some of them will have problems we haven't found yet. If a tool gives a wrong answer, a page describes something inaccurately, or you have an idea for a tool that should exist, email us.
What to get in touch about

- Something on a page is inaccurate A description doesn't match what the tool does, or an explanation is wrong.

Reporting a problem with a tool
A problem we can reproduce is a problem we can fix. If you're reporting something that went wrong, these five details usually make the difference between a report we can act on and one we can't.
- 1 Which tool The page address is ideal. The tool's name works too.
- 2 What you put in The values you entered, or the kind of file you uploaded and roughly how large it was.
- 3 What you expected The result you were expecting, and why — a formula or a source, if you have one.
- 4 What actually happened The output you got, an error message, or a description of how it failed.
- 5 Browser and device Chrome on Windows, Safari on an iPhone, and so on. Some problems only happen on one.

Questions about contacting us
How do I contact MetaBox Tools?
By email, at metaboxtools@gmail.com. That's the only channel — there's no contact form, phone line or chat widget.
How long will it take to get a reply?
We can't promise a timeframe, so we won't. Reports that include the five details above are the quickest to act on, because they can be reproduced without a follow-up exchange.
Can I suggest a tool?
Yes. Describe what you need it to do and what you'd put into it. Suggestions that solve a specific, repeatable task are the most useful — they're also the easiest to judge against the tools already here.
I think a calculation is wrong. What should I send?
The tool's page address, the numbers you entered, the answer it gave and the answer you expected. If you have a formula or a source backing the expected answer, include it — that makes the check immediate.
